1. All anchovy items are sell using KILOGRAM (KG) as weighing unit.
2. Minimum order for the anchovy is 1 kg.
   
3. Once items SOLD, it will not be exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
4. Payment must be received within 3 working days from the day you submit the order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
5. Item colour might vary slightly, since each computer monitor shows the colour a bit differently.
6. Please ensure via email after payment. Otherwise, merchants will not be sending out on time.
7. Upon receiving of the payment, item will be posted within 1 or 2 working days.
8. Buyer will need to bear the shipping cost.
9. Payment will return to buyer if out of stock.
10. All items will be packed well before being sent and tracking number will be provided once item is sent.
11. Seller will not be held responsible for any damage or items lost in post.
12. We do not accept subjective reasons for return / exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, changing mind, etc.
13. We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All items are in perfect condition as we deliver them out.
14. Once receive the parcel, please double check carefully whether everything are in good condition before acknowledge the receipt. If the items are not in good condition, please inform us on the day itself. We are not entertain any late request/response.
15. Delivery service only on Monday to Saturday. No service on Sunday and public holiday
